What don't you like about working at State of Ohio?

"When I was first hired in at NCCI, I was told that it is not the inmates that you need to look out for, but the other staff. I found that this couldn't be more true. Politics, territorialism and inadequate administration reign supreme in the Ohio prison system. My personal and confidential medical information was leaked to the staff and inmates by the administration, which resulted in constant taunts from inmates. When I complained and filed grievances about this, the process to force me out began. It got so bad that I quit to find work elsewhere. Then, I attempted to retain an attorney to represent me in a lawsuit against the state for divulging my personal information, but was unable to do so because attorneys kept informing me that the State of Ohio was untouchable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some entry level courses in PROFESSIONALISM. Hire and promote only qualified staff, not your buddies."
