"The Companies Culture and atmosphere adhere to a great workplace and community inside of the office. I really enjoyed working apart of many different teams throughout my time there. The only problem I have found is that they have a lot of management that is focus on job related activities, instead of the employees, instead of managing more macro level aspects in the company."
"I worked for Stantec for around a year and I absolutely recommend it. It was an amazing experience which provided me with tons of insight into the architectural side of mechanical engineering. I worked under Zachary Vaughn, a Mechanical Engineer at Stantec and learned about various architectural necessities. I also helped design a Manhattan Midrise through Stantec using Revit and Autodesk Fusion 360. All in all, it was an amazing experience!"
"Stantec is a forward thinking organization that places a high value on its people resources."
"Worked for Stantec for 2 years Best structure comes from MWH legacy employees People are kind and collaborate well Design delivery group can be stressful with tight deadlines, but that may be true for all design firms. Management is good, though young professionals have a slow time getting experience outside the office. Wish there was more money spent on rewarding employees by way of office gatherings, better holiday parties, and more PTO. After the acquisition of MWH, more money was directed toward elites less for employees."
