It was an incredible learning experience, and the skills and knowledge acquired will serve me for the rest of my career. It is an excellent complement to graduate coursework."

What do you like about working at Stanford University?

"That it was an educational institution."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Watch your back."

What don't you like about working at Stanford University?

"Office intrigue, fighting. Getting rid of people with time for retirement. If your salary was going up they got rid of you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Believe your people. And get rid of the verbal only communication rule. I had trouble with somebody who flat lied about what was going on was noncommunicative, didn't answer questions. My paper trail said the opposite of what they said happened. I don't trust Stanford."
