The employees are friendly helpful and supportive. I found that when I was going through a trying personal time the company support and my fellow employees' unfailing support saw me through. "Bullying atmosphere. Nastiness by supervisors towards employees is ignored routinely. Overtime is beyond excessive. They work the employees ragged to the point that many work in a state of exhaustion routinely. I would not want family or friends working in this facility. There is no respect from management for the employees at all."

"There is little or no opportunity for advancement to employees except for employees from facilities outside of Tulsa."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management must learn to follow through with projects and maintain sponsorship. Do not promote management that cannot complete a project before being relocated."
