What don't you like about working at ARIAD?

"the politics and lack of chemistry between departments. the people in charge do not care about work quality or working together for the sake of the company and the product for that matter. finger pointing culture. department heads are only in it for themselves. toxic work environment that sinks morale. too many people in high places that have no understanding of the actual work that is done and making poor decisions based on their limited understanding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get people that have actual experience in their work."
