"I would suggest that young recruits listen to the recruiter and take their advice."

"I did not like getting called at 2 and 3 in the morning to get up for a muster."

"There are suggestions I can make. The structure is in place."

"The stability and structure, by military standards, which sets a great basic ground to grow afterwards."

"Grasp everything that is tought, continue the basics of these trainings and grow and find a move when possible, no regrets."
What don't you like about working at Army National Guard?
"The same structure that sets it apart from others makes it its own weakness, in the sense that you are stuck in the same level for as long as possible. Especially since government has a say as to how much you can earn."

"It is a tough environment where you can make suggestions since is a military structure, you know what it is that has to be done and it's done correctly."

"Low pay and some outdated customs within the culture of the military are no longer necessary."

"Update some of the customs and increase the pay for NCO's."

"I liked just about everything from being able to see the world and the diversity to being able to stay physically fit and get paid for it."

"There were no interviews required. Just have to meet height and weight and make it through basic training."

"What I didn't like was having to be away from my family for extended periods of time."

"They may need to be a little more strict with their recruiting policies. There seemed to be a lot of people that were recruited with little to nothing to offer."
