What don't you like about working at UC Santa Barbara?

"Once you are trained, if continue stay then your only choice is to stay in academia, however, I prefer to apply the scientific knowledge I learned to develop novel diagnostic or therapeutic methods for improving healthcare services."

"Encourage employees to join more annual conferences to stimulate the exchange of scientific research ideas an learn more about the biotech industry."
