"It was exciting, and I had excellent resources. This was my first job after graduation, and I found the resources there were excellent. It was a professional and rewarding time in my life."

"The only reason I have left it is that I am close to my house. I used to love working there!! Our new management is focused entirely on doing more with much, much less."

"Please stop downstaffing full time employees- we have bottom lines too. You hired us for full time, please honor your commitment to us."

"I grew up at Ball, did my nursing clinicals there and wanted to work there when I graduated from BSU. It was a long time ago but a good memory."

"Get involved with performance improvement quickly. Staff input is received with a bit of criticism."

"Friendly, small town, everyone knew everyone else and made allowances for family emergencies, personal emergencies, etc."
