"Yes, take everything told to you with a grain of salt"

"Lack of leadership and willingness to allow employees the autonomy to perform duties. Too much oversight."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get more organized and hire someone who knows what they are going"

"The work that we do for the public is extremely important as without it, they would be unable to obtain assistance with their legal issues."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure that your interest is in assisting the poor, the elderly, the disabled, and veterans."
What don't you like about working at Legal Services of North Louisiana?
"The staff is managed by an office manager rather than the managing attorney which resulted in severe limitations on what the attorneys could expect from their staff. Staff was even allowed to refuse to do certain work that a standard secretarial staff would be required to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The Executive Director needs to provide an employee manual which specifically defines the job responsibilities of each staff member."
What do you like about working at Spartan Insurance?
"It had close proximity to home so travel time was minimum."

"I do not have any tips for people interviewing with this company because I want you to take it as you find them."
What don't you like about working at Spartan Insurance?
"It was a year before the CEO recognized that I was not being used to my potential. Although hired as an attorney the lead attorney had me do her paralegal work and never handed me my own cases until she was forced to do so."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be watchful of whom they place in positions of authority. GC was very spiteful and she always said that you do not want to get on her bad side."
