"It is really amazing to make a manual process that would have taken hours of man hours to finish and automate it to run in few minutes. Also providing support for Business Intelligence for the management to forecast accurate business decisions for growth and development of the organization and to be a part of it is really amazing. There are some challenges in accomplishing a proper ETL, to name a few, most of the time there are data type issues, file format and setting proper connections etc."
