What do you like about working at SS&C Technologies?

"No strict start time, casual dress code, can listen to music, downtime in between busy seasons."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask many questions about potential career growth within the company. Ask about how bad busy seasons are and what the employee turnover is like at the company. Ask to talk to some of the lower level employees and see how they enjoy the job so far and how the job is different than it was made out to be in the interview and job description."

What don't you like about working at SS&C Technologies?

"Seems very unorganized, no where to go up in the company, work you into the ground and do not compensate you nearly enough, work extremely late hours during busy times. Blow a lot of hot air to make you feel appreciated but the majority are empty promises."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would balance the workload better amongst employees as well as commuting with the employees what needs to be done and by when in a reasonable manner. I would also make sure employees are not working too much after hours, if it all, but would be sure to show my gratitude for their effort and compensate them sufficiently."
