"Every day is different and no routine day. I like the pay. I like my bosses and coworkers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay away from the gossipers and listen more than talk."
What don't you like about working at SSC Service Solutions?
"No breaks and interrupted lunches. 10-11 hour days or 4 hour days...very inconsistent schedule. SSC will not allow overtime, but sometimes they have no choice. Management does not confront difficult MD's/ surgeons. Not tolerant of peoples differences, lots of discrimination..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep work under 8 hours a day. Allow for at least a 45 min lunch. Control and counsel diffult, abusive doctors."
