"Political drama overrides written policy and procedures. Top management prides itself to bully employees. Literally, the entire physical location is poverty stricken."

"SRPMIC maintains a large hypocritical set of policies and procedures. They hire and promote inept community members. Meanwhile, the truly talented and knowledgeable employees quit. This continual turn style of employee turnover is unbelievable. Most employees have no sense of real job security. The local community members have a great job because they don't have to do anything. For them it is a genuine dream job. And, they know if they make a mistake, nobody will do anything about it. They will not be held accountable. For non-community members including members of other native nations, Navajo etc., strict compliance of all rules, regulations and policies will be followed or met with severe punishment."

"The organization is led by total chaos and drama. A sloppy organization with two very bold separate employee groups. (1) Community members, local Native Americans, most living within 12 miles of the workplace. (2) Everyone else, including others from different Native American tribes. Horribly, for the same exact employee action, these two employees are treated totally differently. Naturally, the local members are treated much better. In normal situations, in a normal organization, they would be usually terminated for their ineptness, tardiness, nonchalant work ethic, and low-performance efforts."

"Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) employment has two distinct employee group types. (1) the local Indian community members who collect per cap (2) everyone else including members of other Native American nations. These two groups are treated entirely different. For example, if a community member comes in late every day, leaves early every day, performs their job at a low 55% efficiency rate, nothing happens. If anyone in group did any combination of these listed infractions, they would be terminated."
