The company is committed to providing high quality IT and professional services and solutions to its customers and steadfastly commits itself to an ethic of honesty of service. The employee benefits were good except for paid time off. Most of SRA customers are federal agencies and whenever there was a government shut-down, SRA employees had to use vacation time for the duration of the shut-down."

"The company is a government contract company, I work at client's site, so I have dual management responsibilities. Not much room for promotion."

"SRA likes entrepreneurs. SRA management will give you as much or little leadership as you need."

"Be an entrepreneur in spirit. They like go-getters that can lead themselves."

What don't you like about working at SRA International?

"I really liked SRA. I just wish other contracts were available when our IRS contract ended."

"None. I was always free to meet with the VP of my division. He was interested in my future and how that matched SRA's needs."
