3.7I've been employed at SPS since 2010, when I graduated college. I've worked in customer service, where the company helped develop my technical troubleshooting skillss. I've since moved to our implementation team, where the company has taught me out to manage many projects at one time. The leadership at SPS has a very clear vision and big ideas, and plans and are just starting to act like a company wanting to succeed as a $500 million company.
4.3SPS is a great place to work. The culture is fantastic. There is a great sense of cohesiveness from the top down. The management is very interested in helping their direct reports get their jobs done, and also interested in them as human beings. There are opportunities to connect to coworkers outside of the work environment as well. Compensation is a bit low, but I stayed for several years due to the pleasant work environment.
4.3I worked at SPS for six years. The company is growing fast and handling the growth really well. They are executing a plan to considerably upgrade their platform and this will be the grain to spur their next phase of growth. The company is generous and fair with its employees and maintains a great culture. Everyone works together well. I recommend.
