4.4 Splunk is an exciting, high growth data analytics company. Although the company has been in business for over 10 years, it continues to have the culture and feel of a start-up. I thoroughly enjoyed working there. Work colleagues were always friendly and professional, my manager was excellent, and there was always a large variety of interesting and challenging work to do.

4 I have worked at Splunk for two years. I have enjoyed the ride. There has been constant reorganization to the company which makes it hard to see tactical initiative being accomplished but overall Splunk is a great company.

4.8 I worked for Splunk for 1+ years. I learned immensely from the senior engineers and got along with the team really well. I enjoyed the open and fun company culture that they offered. My time at Splunk has opened the doors for me into the software engineer industry and I am nothing but grateful.
