"I liked the freedom of having your own truck, and I liked working outside. I liked working with customers to resolve their problems. I liked the pay and benefits. I liked my coworkers (most of the time)."

"Hope you like pole climbing school."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?
"I was torn with being in a union and having a strong work ethic. I often couldn't go the extra mile without getting in trouble for it. Unions are great because they ensure compensation and fair play, but I feel that they destroy work ethic and customer service sometimes."

"Weed out the bad seeds and get me my job back!"

"I liked the ability to work with a team, as well as branch off to accomplish tasks on our own."

"Our interaction with our supervisors was minimal, therefore pushing the employees to motivate ourselves and each other."

"Relay clearer, more concise goals so that we all know what goals we are trying to achieve."

"The union. The CWA is the biggest waste of time EVER. They took my money and did nothing to help me or anyone else. The CWA sucks!"
