"Member of the strategic team at the airline. Completely rebuilt/replaced all core systems. Built a world-class department that delivered miracles. Survived and grew when other carriers were failing."

"Acquired by a VC which had no industry knowledge or experience but which insisted on trying to make all the key decisions. Management paralysis hurt the profitability of the company badly."
