"Management is generally competent, if hard-nosed. They need to be more critical of the choices for new products."

"Spirent is a demanding company so be willing to put in the extra effort to meet or exceed customer expectation. But it is a great company to work for."

"Beltway traffic. I lived 40 mile from the office. The trip to work drained me more than the work."

"The management was great. My boss was very helpful in developing me in my position as manager. The company could offer more new solution and products to their customer base"
