"I wouldn't approach this company in the Camarillo location. They are downsizing, laying off folks and they just moved to a smaller location and my feeling is that this company will be eliminating this location. Just my opinion."
What don't you like about working at Spiral Binding Co.?
"The branch management was poor at best. There was no structure and too much micromanagement for things that weren't important."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the managers are very much more involved in office related issues and that they would make an effort in making the environment more cohesive to work in."
