"This is a large company that has top of the line tools and equipment and bottom of the line management. Since it is owned by Halliburton, it has now become a very political company that likes to punish everyone for the mistakes of one person, and reward your good work and productive work ethic with nothing. They would rather let you know about the 1 thing you did wrong than say anything about the 100 things you may have done right and to help the company. Overall, great pay but you are treated only as a tool."
