"Yes, work hard and do your job well then you will enjoy the company you work for."
What don't you like about working at Spencer Technologies?
"The long drive everyday and the fact that no one in Mass knows how to drive without almost running you off the road..... I would say that is the only thing I didn't like about work at Spencer. Tho, this was a small thing and driving in Mass is what it is so."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the people that know how to do there job and get rid of the dead weight."
"Spencer's quality as a company has been on the decline since the start of the economic recession."

"Teamwork, both interdepartment and intradepartmental, is encouraged and embraced."

"You may want to consider this a short-term position, at least until the recession is over. After that, this will be great company for which to work, as long as they are still in business."

"As mentioned, the future of the company is uncertain, as Spencer's fate is tied to that of the retail industry, which has been suffering in the face of the recession."

"None. They have made some difficult decisions, but they were clearly the correct ones."
