"Open communications with your employees, trust the employees for the work they do; know what you are working with and what your employees work on/are responsible for, before using lack of knowledge to put your employees down."

"If you really need the money, work for this company. Otherwise I will never work for this company. It is too political and prefers people that do not anything about technology."

"It is not what you know, but who the manager prefers."

"Management should be more knowledgeable in technology and hire competent people. They need to fire people that all they do is one task all day."
