"It is not related to what I went to school for, it would be fine if I was going into diet work. However, my degree is in design and advertising."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not be so quick to change everything, the work that is done in the morning is completely different from the evening/night shifts. Having both treated the same way often leads to conflicts."
