"Worked on various projects to add video services to the programming lineup. Total control of project, which was a positive. Weekly meetings to brief department of status of your project. Worked alone overnight many nights to perform needed maintenance. Flex time which is a big plus if you have to commute."

"Spectrum offers a great compensation and benefits package but growth in the company is hard. Also, you are expected to stay in your own "lane" and to not help other departments."

"Spectrum Brands has been a great company to start my HRIS career. They have provided the opportunity to take on projects and tasks that have typically been out of my experience, allowing me to develop my skills and become a more valuable employee, While this company is great starting your career long term growth is slow and many career paths lead to dead ends causing high turnover."

"While working with Spectrum Brands it was an excellent experience, with room to grow and develop. Work ambiance balance life goal and career goals.
