"They like people who have done their home work and know somthing about their products."

What don't you like about working at Dow Corning?

"Incredibly long hours sometimes pushing 16-18 hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better evalution for man hours. Also they need to understand better the time it takes for a product to hit the market. That changes depeniding on the environment."
