"Open up the lines of communication and don't treat your remote staff (which is 90% of the company) like they are an island. Bring in your trusted members to help make decisions which in turn will make change a lot easier."

"Was given absolutely not scheduled days off. Would get calls from 6:00AM to 9:00PM. Didn't matter how many straight says I had worked or how far I had to driv, or what time. Had no personal life."

"Allow at least 1-2 scheduled days off per week and some holidays. do not expect me to be available 24/7/365"
