"The pay at SpaceX sucks. The moral is always low because management throughout the company all the way to the top does not value employees. They want to be a Google-like campus, but it will never happen here. Most below managemant-level get paid between 18.00 - 21.00 an hour. Turnover is high due to this reason."
"SpaceX is an incredible place to work. I am consistently challenged and get to work alongside some of the most intelligent and driven people. Everyone is passionate about our mission, and the camaraderie within the company sets SpaceX aside from other employers."

"I have work at SpaceX for 4 years now. I quickly moved up but I feel as if I have reached a ceiling."
"I worked at SpaceX for over 6 years and enjoyed the challenge set forth by Elon. In order to excel, you have to commit. The work pace will be nothing like you have ever experienced; you must be adaptable and willing to sacrifice. The rewards are there, but you have to make a name for yourself or you will be lost in a sea of talent. Everyone shares the passion for what they do, and fools are not suffered lightly. Bring your A game, because Elon demands it."
