What do you like about working at Spa at the Waterway?

"I loved the fact that I was able to be a hair stylist in The Woodlands,TX. I got along really good with my co-workers and my clientele loved what I did for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is what you make it, if you do your job well, the clients will recognize it. Then, the rest will play out better for you than me."

What don't you like about working at Spa at the Waterway?

"The owner/management did not know what direction they wanted the companies vision to be. I worked in the hair dept., and it was neglected due to the fact massage end skin care were the top earners. The hair dept. could have been the top earner if they put more effort in to it, and not drive talent away."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I made many suggestions, such as advertising in local media for salon, directing the massage, skin care traffic into the salon for their hair care needs. Too many people would come there for amssage and skin care and did not have confidence in the ahir dept., due to constant changing of personnel. I don't want that for me any longer."
