"I have started working at S&P Data since November 2019. The training which I received was very vague. However, the supervisors and team leaders are very helpful. The pros of the job would include fast-paced environment, good monthly compensation and lots of overtime opportunities. The cons would include bi-weekly change of shifts, low base pay and narrow opportunity for growth."
"I worked for SP Data for a short period & while the people I worked with are amazing people, I do think the company can do a little bit better in terms of the flexibility of the work schedule & be open to listening to the employees about their changing schedule."
