"I have only worked for Southern Finishing for about 3 months. I get along with everyone very well. I do see the need for improvements in the safety of work conditions as well as a lack of parts and tools needed to complete specific tasks. Overall I am not satisfied withe the pay rate considering the work load that is put upon maintenance at this facility."
