"I joined Southern Company initially as an intern during my final semester of college. I was hired on full time in June 2013 as a Technical Consultant for the Business Intelligence and Integration Services team. The atmosphere is very Southern atmosphere, meaning everyone is very polite to each other. My main gripe is that as a very young professional in the work force, it gets stale when no one else is around my age bracket. That and the company politics are what I am not pleased with."
