"I have worked at SoulCycle for over two year and have been always appreciative of the community and mutual hospitality that the job entails. Because of this community, the room for internal growth within the company was something I haven't seen before. The only issue that I found with this sense of community is that as the company began to grow, it became obvious that the brand only cared for its monetary aspects, as opposed to the relationships that we were encouraged to foster."
