"Management's expectations were unrealistic and decision made were knee-jerk reactions. In St Lucia, the average time-frame on closing a real estate transaction was 6 - 9 months."

"At Coldwelll Banker First Affiliate, I like the people, the computer programs, training, location of the office & friendly staff. Broker is awesome and always ready to help. Russ Lyon -Sothebys was more expensive to be a Realtor with them and the broker wasn't as accessible as the one at Coldwell Banker."

What don't you like about working at Sotheby's International Realty?

"Love Coldwell Banker & all the assets they have for staff to utilize. Russ Lyon's Sothebys charges their people too much for access to similar programs."
