"At Coldwelll Banker First Affiliate, I like the people, the computer programs, training, location of the office & friendly staff. Broker is awesome and always ready to help. Russ Lyon -Sothebys was more expensive to be a Realtor with them and the broker wasn't as accessible as the one at Coldwell Banker."

What don't you like about working at Sotheby's International Realty?

"Love Coldwell Banker & all the assets they have for staff to utilize. Russ Lyon's Sothebys charges their people too much for access to similar programs."

"The ability to turn the business around with my own business, marketing and sales plan. The prior management was in the red EC$450,000. After my first year and $3.5 million in sales, the company was only in the red EC$50,000."

"Be prepared to work in a Wild, Wild West business environment."

"Management's expectations were unrealistic and decision made were knee-jerk reactions. In St Lucia, the average time-frame on closing a real estate transaction was 6 - 9 months."

"Be patient."

"Love hard work, love real estate and have a good understanding of how to deal with differant types of situations."

"My position was only a year to launch the brand"

"Follow the branding efforts put into place, continue to grow your online position in the market place"

"I worked 51 weeks for Sotheby's since early May 2012, in their London office. It was a wholly worthwhile experience, from which I learned a lot. They uphold the highest standards for themselves and as a result provide the highest quality service imaginable (white glove) to their clients."
