"Just listen. Speak little. Do not offer ideas or suggestions or the senior management will feel insulted due to their insecurity. They know, they do not know what they're doing, and just make it up as they go along."

"When I started there the general manager appeared to be a stand-up guy, but I eventually realized he was a blowhard. Should learn to keep his promises. Should show more respect for his employees."

"Started as a lab tech. Liked the job, low stress, modest pay, pretty good benefits. Different story after I was asked to run QC lab when the lab manager was promoted."

"Company based in France. If you don't speak French like a native don't expect much respect or advancement."
