"Unfortunately any type of vertical movement and promotion was quite difficult to attain."

"A company wide survey was taken a few years back that everyone participated in, I would like to see action taken upon the results of that survey in a more direct manor rather than simply a discussion and acknowledgement of the results."

"Sadly the state of the packaged media industry (and Sony Corp) has created a culture of insecurity, cynicism and politics"
