"Nobody took anything seriously. Probably why they had to lay off 75 people four days before Christmas in 2000."

"My direct manager did not believe in work-life balance, except for maybe the 2 hours a night that he might let you sleep. This is a leading-edge company, and there is a huge demand on the sales team, so encouragement would have been nice."

"Believe in your sales team, empower and endeavour them to deliver more, continue down the awesome technology path, and hire more of the right people."
