"Because it is sales, the hours change. However, that is the nature of retail."

"Put extra focus on training associates in behind-the-scenes tasks. It makes things easier for visual."

"The pay is pretty low. And the awkwardness of gathering personal information from people when they shop and calling them at home to try and set up appointments for people to come shop. It is intrusive and it is an awkward promotional tactic."

"I would use different marketing tactics. Less intursive techniques. More print and tv ads and maybe some women's benefit events. Like since we sell bras, do like breast cancer awareness events. Less, email and calling people at home."
