"Great place to work Mark Hofmann is the best PM I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This guy is all in if he decides to take on a challenge. Unfortunately there is the brown power racism thing there that undermines people who want to move beyond ignorance. The ownership of this company are forgiving to employees to a fault. They give people too many chances thus being taken advantage of by slackers and dishonest people that would get wacked at other companies. Good company good people for the most part. Best ownership in San Diego."
