"The only thing I didn't like about working at SMC, was the pay. It was a little below the pay of similar jobs..."

"AeroUnion was taken over by new management and they ran the company into the ground."

"Well I liked seeing my designs come in and assembled on the aircraft and work."

"To much uncertainty about weather or not I was going to have a job the following week."

What do you like about working at Rutgers University?
"The people there. They took a chance with me, even though they did not have very much to offer, and allowed me to prove that I can be an excellent worker for someone. And I also learned allot from the company itself, and built up a few skills. It was a great learning experience."
What don't you like about working at Rutgers University?
"Well, they are just not a very successful business."

"They need to find a way to make more money."
