"be specifically prepare with skills related to the position, but at the same time have the breadth knowledge for flexibility and move-around in this company of many software tools."

"I disliked the lack of growth possibility, constant organization uncertainty, and when you have done it all, be laid off reality."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"build culture in addition to products; value your people instead of a linear growth path of hire-promote-peak-layoff path."

"Excellent experience working with traders on a daily basis to learn about how they used our products. Worked a lot with contractors within QA as well."

"I implemented a solid testing process, helped introduce process to Engineering and worked on a solid work flow for our traders."

"I like the great product and people to work with. We were advancing the technology for Enterprise products."

"Sometimes we were challenged by the time change in dealing with the San Jose office."

"be prepared for a lot of interviews. The average when I was there was 16 interviews per candidate."
What don't you like about working at NetApp?
"Constant management and priority changes to the point that engineering didn't know what to work on. They are too top heavy and there is a lot of political nonsense going on. Makes it difficult to build a product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand how disruptive re-orgs are."
