"Compensation is above average for most testing projects. The work is challenging technically, requiring a high degree of flexibility and imagination. Delivering a quality product is very fulfilling.Far too often testing becomes too compressed due to overruns of the development cycle extending to the release date for the product. Negative values, rushed tests, shortened test cycle, less comprehensive testing."
