Freelancing had paid much better in comparison, but did not provide as much experience as Premier Computer Solutions had. What the company provides in terms of a solid foundation in SQL, .NET and Microsoft technology makes up greatly regarding any concerns of underpayment. Provided I were to choose a first company to work for again, I would select based on experience over salary."

"The pay is alright for what we do and the size of the company. I began at $44,000 in July of 2015, with the promise of $50,000 and a yearly 2 weeks vacation time at the beginning of the following year should I pass a performance review. Fortunately, I performed well in my job function and no review was needed.
