"I like serving millions of customers, and the skills and intelligence of my coworkers."

"Study classical computer science, and know LAMP architecture, client-server interactions and challenges, and be decent at scripting (with a browser open to you at the very least)."

What don't you like about working at Amazon?

"I dislike the time demands that can be too much for all, and aspects of the technical tools used."

"They are well aware of what needs to be improved and do their very best."
