"I love working with the many talented professional IT people at AT&T. I hate the 'ticky dot' details involved in complying with SOX while managing projects. It's hard to see how failing to get a single proper approval out of 20+ approvals on a single change request could be a violation of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations."
