"I have my own office, and enjoy my roll as inside sales manager. Also, I have a great boss."

"Be honest about the rate of pay, benefits and what is expected out of the position. With the proper tools to get the job done right."
What don't you like about working at Software Decisions ?
"The team is not cohesive and my proposal are not getting out in time and they are following up with my prospects and not letting me know. Therefore, when I call them again it is very annoying to the prospect and I lose a sale due to it. Also, I've set appointments that get ignored and no one on my team will let me know what's going on in the office while I'm trying to figure out who's going on the appointment. very frustrating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They get it together pay me my commission that is owed to me. and stop not answering the phone call when they know there is an appointment to run."
