"The CEO is a crazy woman who gives poor directions and spends all day screaming at people. She has a great team of people working for her but all she does is provide a hostile work environment and make everyone bitter."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Educate the CEO on the art of positive, constructive criticisms instead of pointless yelling."
What do you like about working at FEMA?
"The work was national which is very important to everyone in Korea. I was proud of myself that they are still using the system."
What don't you like about working at FEMA?
"The customers (people who work for goverment) were too hard to educate and communicate about the system."

"Make sure you can handle working in an environment where your efforts are at best, underappreciated."

"Good solid company. Strong technology. Strong family support in times of need. Often gives back to the industry the results of its research."

"If in sales be ready to spend as much (or more) time building relationships internally as externally with customers."

"Relies too much on virtual office. Highly complex matrix organization results in lack of middle management accountability."

"Do a better job tying vision behind the products coming out of the labs with sales strategy and sales follow through."
