"Everything moves slow at SofterWare. Quality in work product is an ultra low priority -- and when I brought this to light to my supervisor and his manager -- I got called in to speak with HR. The first issue was "too many emails." I was treated as a black sheep when I sent important emails that were rooted in facts and tied to best practices. The second issue resulted in my contractual completion and I didn't even get a chance to reconcile, hand over my work, nor say goodbye to the few friends I made there. Stay away from working here or dealing with them. They care more about hierarchy than quality."
