"An excellent company doing interesting stuff in the space!"
"I have worked for Stearns Lending/SoFi mortgage for a year. The position is remote and they provide more than adequate technical support. Immediate management is very helpful."
"SoFi is a great company to work in."
"Good place for a new grad to start!"
"SoFi has all the potential in the world. But the organization is funded (most operational income) comes from Student Loan Refinances. If this revenue dries up, the organization is quick to complete RIFs. I have seen multiple RIFs at SoFi over the past five years. So good company. Long-term potential is risky."
"I have been at SoFi for three years now and have been involved in a LOT of the transition from startup to enterprise. The people I have worked with directly are phenomenal, the benefits are incredible, and the culture is pretty fun! With the transition to enterprise, however, comes reformation of employee growth and the transfer of positions to other teams internally. Nothing bad to the company! Just wanting to grow a bit more in a certain field."
"worked in Sofi since 2017, good work/life balance, interesting project"
"It is an okay company with okay culture"
"I've worked at Sofi for a little under 2 years now. The company itself is growing its product suite but little can be said about its effectiveness in a market that is continually getting more and more crowded. Due to poor leadership and management the company is poorly retaining employees."
